Chemicoil : FUEL & CHEMICAL DELIVERY HOSE

A cost-effective flexible layflat hose for fuel and chemical delivery operations.

  • Easy to Store & Transport
    Lightweight and compact for economical storage. Standard pick-up truck instead of flat-bed truck and fork lift reduces transport costs and enables direct routes inaccessible to larger vehicles to be taken.
  • Fast Deployment & Retrieval
    Long continuous lengths can be quickly deployed and retrieved using light duty or power driven reels.
  • Low Operating Costs
    Low pressure loss for efficient pumping. Swells up to 10% above uncharged diameter at maximum operating pressure enabling fluids to be pumped further.
  • Long Service Life
    Designed for long life and maintenance free service in even the harshest environments. Tough and durable with exceptional resistance to abrasion and cutting. No corrosion or scaling. Resistant to heat, fuels, chemicals, UV, ozone, weathering, hydrolysis, and microbiological attack.
  • Static Discharge Wires
    Four equally spaced low resistance metal wires woven into the body of the hose allow couplings to be electrically bonded when transferring fuels.

Chemicoil : FUEL & CHEMICAL DELIVERY HOSE

Features unique "through-the-weave" one piece construction comprising a circular woven high tenacity polyester reinforcement totally encapsulated in a tough elastomeric polyurethane cover and lining.

Manufactured in compliance with BS EN ISO 9002:1994 quality management systems. Raw materials, components, and finished products are rigorously tested and inspected to ensure excellent product reliability.

Wide range of couplings, manifolds, and hardware available for connecting the pipeline to additional segments, fluid supplies, or auxiliary hardware.

Tough and durable with exceptional resistance to abrasion and cutting for use in a variety of ground or sea conditions. Resistant to heat, fuels, chemicals, UV, ozone, weathering, hydrolysis, and microbiological attack. Floating capability.
  • Static Discharge Wires
    Dual bonding wires to EN 1765 allow couplings to be electrically bonded when transferring fuels.
  • Colour Coded
    Available in high visibility orange for potable water and foodstuffs and green for other fluids.

Available with a range of reusable fieldfittable high security couplings. Capable of accepting standard hose accessories including hooks, self-seal and breakaway couplings.

MARINE ROPES & WIRES

Rope series.1 : Polypropylene, Polyethylene, Nylon.

  • 1) Polypropylene Rope stands up extremely well to repeat stress, bending flexing and fitigue. It is almost twice as strong as manlia rope.
  • 2) Polyethylene rope is a floating rope like Polypropylene but, slightly heavier with slightly less elongation under stress. Polyethylene has high resistance to abrasion.
  • 3) Nylon rope excels in its ability to accept heavy shock loads. Ropes made of Nylon are one of the strongest & most elastic of the man made fibre.Nylon rope will not float as it is heavier than water
  • 4) Manline rope, manufactured especially for the improvment of abrasion- resistance against friction in practical use of various basical characteristics of polypropylene fibre, is superior rope taking the initative all the more, produced through elaborate treatment of polypropylene heavy monofilament in sophisticated mechanical process in appearance.

Rope series 2 : 8- Strand braided, Polypropylene, Nylon

8-strand square braided ropes are one of the most well known to the marine people. For the best purpose of shipping and mooring, 8-strand square braided ropes have been developed and realized its important role in marine industry. It is no doubt that 8-strand square braided ropes are quite indispensible for the marine uses.
